Designer bags, watches and cash seized following raids in Meath
Designer handbags, a Rolex watch and cash were seized following a search of two properties in Co Meath.
The Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) carried out a search operation in County Meath this morning, with searches carried out at property and business premises.
During the search, Gardai seized €23,000 in cash, a Rolex watch worth over €8,000, a significant amount of designer items including handbags, and transaction documents finance and real estate.

A garda spokesperson said: “In addition to the seizure of the above assets, over €200,000 have been blocked in financial accounts.

“CAB’s investigation focuses on the assets of an international organized crime group (OCG) involved in the cultivation, sale and supply of controlled drugs through a network of cannabis grow houses, and the subsequent laundering of the proceeds of their criminal conduct.”
